What Can An Exceptional Personal Trainer Do For You?

To fully understand the difference a personal trainer can make in your workout results, you have to experience the Fitness Together program for yourself. All Fitness Together trainers hold degrees and additional certifications in fitness training. They also undergo a rigorous in-house training program in which they become experts at helping you succeed in the safest and most effective way possible. Your trainer is there to inspire, encourage, instruct and to keep you mentally and physically invested in your fitness progress. Our purpose is to help our clients achieve and maintain optimal health through a process that includes:

    Once we identify your goals, we put together an exercise plan that is guaranteed to help you succeed.

    Prior to your arrival, your trainer will customize each workout for you so you get the most focused, organized and efficient workout possible. When you’re here, the focus is entirely on you. There's no wondering what to do next, or waiting for someone to finish using an exercise machine. In short, each appointment yields a maximized workout experience.
  • Coaching
    Our certified personal trainers ensure that you perform each exercise properly to avoid injuries and to maximize the benefit of each motion. Your trainer will be sure that you do the right amount of each exercise; too little won't bring about change and too much will slow down your rate of improvement.
  • Research
    We take pride in staying at the cutting edge of the latest in exercise science, health and nutrition. Many of our personal trainers are contributing authors to our magazine and other publications.
  • Results Measurement
    Every 6-8 weeks (depending on your program) we also provide a comprehensive 16-page, full color fitness report that will show your progress relative to your goal. Based on this information, we’re able to adjust your program to suit your abilities as your fitness level improves, so you always stay ahead of plateaus and continue to progress on your road to optimum fitness.

Finally, and perhaps most important, we require accountability to keep you on track. In order to bring about real change, you’ll benefit most by having a personal fitness coach who is directly responsible for overseeing your continued success. Your success is our business and we take that very seriously.
