Steve Lichtman
Steve is the owner of Fitness Together in Cohasset, Dedham, Norwell, and Westborough, MA.
His background includes a Bachelor's of Science degree in Communications Management from Ithaca College, Ithaca, NY. While working in corporate America, Steve traveled extensively and was challenged to maintain a consistent exercise and nutrition program. Steve found the support he needed and dramatically improved his health through the help of Fitness Together. After 2 years as a client, personal fitness has become a lifestyle for Steve. In October 2005, Steve purchased his first two studios. He acquired his third Fitness Together in Westborough, MA on September 1st, 2006.
Steve has been married for 30 years to his lovely wife, Barbara. They have two active sons, Jeff, age 20 and David, age 17. Steve stays fit working out with his trainers and exercising five times a week. In his free time he enjoys skiing, tennis and kayaking on Cape Cod. |
Michael Cardoza
Michael has been with Fitness Together since 2003. Michael started with Fitness Together as the manager of Dedham and has also managed the Norwell and Westborough studios. Before taking on the Vice President role Michael was the Area Director for Lifestyle Fitness Corp. Lifestyle Fitness Corp. owns and operates Fitness Together studios in Dedham, Cohasset, Norwell and Westborough.
Michael has been a certified personal trainer since 2001. He earned a finance degree from Bentley College and a master’s degree from the University of London (North London Campus). He believes staying fit requires a lifestyle commitment. He feels a balance of strength training, cardiovascular training and healthy nutrition are the key elements to staying healthy. Michael has been active his entire life. He was a three sport athlete in high school and played soccer at the collegiate level. Now, he prefers staying active through strength training, triathlon and any other outdoor activities. |
Bob Shiavone
Certified Personal Trainer
Working in the family business of construction for the past 9 years Bob decided to take his career path in a new direction. Fitness being his main hobby, he took on personal clients to help achieve their fitness goals. Enjoying the process, he decided to further his education in fitness by attending National Personal Training Institute where he graduated with a diploma in Professional Fitness Training and Nutrition Consultant.
Bob’s knowledge varies from strength training to sport specific functional training. He believes that consistency in exercise and nutrition is imperative for results.
Bob has always led an active lifestyle playing sports primarily hockey. During his free time he enjoys weight training, golfing and spending time with friends and family.

Kiera Mahoney
Certified Personal Trainer
Kiera graduated from Curry College in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor concentration in Women's Studies. Kiera has always led an active life style playing soccer, basketball and softball in school. As a recent graduate of the National Personal Training Institute, she has made a career change into the fitness industry. She graduated with a certificate in personal training and nutrition consulting. Kiera previously worked as a college admissions counselor and wants to continue helping people in a different way promoting health and fitness.
She enjoys weight training, pilates and cardio workouts. When not working in the studio, she enjoys being outside going hiking, walking and spending time with friends and family.

Kate McNally
Certified Personal Trainer
Kate enjoys an active lifestyle. She has been running competitively for eight years. This has made physical fitness a big part of her life. Looking to satiate her need to move, Kate found a fulfilling career in the fitness field as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.
Kate attended Eastern Nazarene College, graduating in 2008 with a Bachelors of Science in Physical Education and Movement Arts. She has been a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine since 2008. Kate also received certification as a Group Exercise Instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.
As a trainer Kate likes to take a holistic approach, striving to carefully match a client’s personality and goals to their program. Specializing in body composition change and endurance training, Kate is prepared to use a wide variety of training styles to fit her client’s goals. |
Mike Foley
Certified Personal Trainer
Mike's interest in the gym started at the age of twelve, when his father purchased his first set of dumbbells. Starting to workout at such a young age, he immediately saw results in sports and activities. Mike has competed at college levels in hockey, is a fanatical boxer, and is currently training with martial artists of all varieties. He also enjoys golfing, hiking, and anything active.
Mike has worked with clients of all ages (13-80), including populations ranging from Olympic-level athletes, to pre- and post-rehab, to geriatrics. Mike has always felt that through training one can achieve anything. He has proved his theory by rehabbing clients who have suffered strokes, been diagnosed with several types of cancer, diabetes, and others with neuromuscular diseases such as Parkinson's.
Mike is also the designer and founder of a nutrition company, providing healthy foods without compromising taste. The first product, the HEAT Bar, is designed to be healthy ratios of macronutrients for a mid-day snack. |
Meaghan Bethoney
Certified Personal Trainer
After many years in the corporate world Meaghan decided to pursue a career within the fitness industry and graduated with a Diploma in Personal Training from The American Academy of Personal Training. Meaghan has always had a passion for fitness and started to become active in fitness at an early age.
When Meaghan entered High School she chose to compete in track and field and continued with this all through her college years. She competed nationally in 800mtrs, and also competed in the 55mtr hurdles, and 400mtrs. After college Meaghan then followed her love of running and competed in both the San Diego and Las Vegas Marathons. Meaghan has worked with clients of all ranges (adolescents to the elderly) and with a variety of fitness levels ranging from professional athletes to the blind.
Meaghan’s passion for fitness and helping people helps her excel within this field.
