Chris Simons
Chris is currently finishing up his bachelor’s degree
in Exercise Physiology at Umass Boston. Throughout his
college years he has spent much time researching other areas
of exercise and fitness lifestyle. These include nutrition,
sports supplementation and various types of training methods. While
attending Umass Boston, Chris interned at Saint Coletta’s
School for the Disabled as part of one of his courses. He
really enjoyed exercising and helping children with concentration,
as well as staying focused on living an active lifestyle. Chris’s
methods for training have included basic strength training
and fat loss, bodybuilding, functional exercise and athletic
performance. He has a passion for health and fitness
and it’s what he thinks about in the morning as well
as before he goes to sleep. Chris is constantly being
creative while thinking of new ideas and challenging exercises
for his clients. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors,
anything to do with motorcycles or cars, and generally having
a good time with his family and friends. In the future,
Chris would like to own his own facility specializing in athletic
performance and rehabilitation, as well as an online training
site.
